Uniform Ordering process

These are the uniforms you will be working in –they should fit loose and comfortably – please choose all your sizes carefully after you measure yourself.

  1. Please choose all your uniform sizes carefully. Your uniforms will be shipped to your residence shipping address you enter here. You are responsible for the return shipping expense for any items you wish to exchange.
  2. Exchange and change in size Policy information.
    Any exchange and/or change in size must be completed as detailed below ONE (1) week after you receive your Uniform package.

    1. Chef Jacket.
      You must email sales@theultimateimage.com your new jacket size request one (1) week after receiving your package.Please do not return the jacket that you have just received.
    2. Chef pants, dress shirts and dress pants. You must email sales@theultimateimage.com your new size request one (1) week after receiving your package. You must also return ship, at your cost, to The Ultimate Image the items you are exchanging for a new size. Your exchange WILL NOT be processed unless and until we receive your uniforms back. You must ship within ONE (1) week after receiving your uniform package. Please INCLUDE inside the return box your contact information and sizes that you are requesting. Our address is on the bottom of your confirmation email. You will pick up your remaining six (6) embroidered chef jackets and any exchanges on Campus at a time and location determined by the school. You will be notified once you arrive on campus.
  3. Upon your arrival on Campus the school will notify you of where and when you may pick up your exchanged uniform items and 6 remaining embroidered chef jackets.
  4. You will have the opportunity to review and revise your online order before submitting it. – Please check your sizes carefully.

You will also receive an email confirmation of your order – please save for future reference

Sizing Information

  1. Please select your chef jacket size carefully. The school provides you with seven (7) chef jackets with your name embroidered on them.
  2. Females measure your chest, waist and hip size, male chest size in order to determine your proper jacket size.
  3. When you receive your uniform package it will contain one (1) of your seven chef jackets.
  4. You cannot return this chef jacket because it has your name embroidered on it. However if you would like to change your size on the remaining six (6) chef jackets please send us an email with the new size you would like.
  5. All students will pick up their remaining six (6) chef jackets once you arrive on campus at a time and location determined by the school. You will be notified of the time and location after you arrive on campus..
  6. Please remember that once your jackets are embroidered they cannot be exchanged. You will have to purchase new jackets on your own.
  7. Note – UNISEX = MEN’s style . If you would like the FEMALE style you must select FEMALE NOT UNISEX.
  8. TALL UNISEX chef jackets are 3” longer in the body length and 2” longer in the sleeve. They are designed for Tall & Large body types. Please choose carefully.
  1. The Baggy style chef pant has an elastic waist band. It is designed to be loose and comfortable.
  2. Please MEASURE your waist size carefully before choosing your pant size.
  3. School policy does not allow your chef pants to touch the floor. If you require hemming it is available as an option after you submit your order. Please visit the web site theultimateimage.com
  1. Female shirt size is determined by your chest size measurement.
  2. Male shirt size is determined by measuring your neck size and sleeve length.
  3. Please measure carefully before selecting your size.
  1. Female dress pant size is determined by measuring you waist 2” below your natural waist, hip and inseam length.
  2. Male dress pants size is determined by measuring your waist size and inseam length.

Return & Exchange policy & procedure
